As asphalt anticorrosion operating line exists many disadvantages, our company newly developed tape winding anticorrosion line for steel pipes that can be regarded as the suitable technology to replace the old one.

Features & Advantages

1.Pipe placement, rust-removal, primer, drying, tape winding and pipe unloading, are all in the continuous assembly line with high degree of automation.

2.Advanced equipments. For instance, the short blasting machine can work on-site condition with good cleaning performance which could meet even above the standards of SR/TQ414-98 SA2 level or SA3 level. This short blasting machine is characterized by low noise, no leakage of steel grit, non-pollution, small in size (3m*0.8m*1.7) and low price. Glue-coating machine adopts plywood structure which can coat evenly. The dryer adopting far infrared hot air has quick drying performance. The damper winding machine can adjust the tightness of winding according to different requirements. The independent hydraulic station makes the pipe unloading automatically completed.

3. The whole line adopts modularized structure. It can work in fixed places or work on-site condition. It demands at most 10 days for installment.
